Ask John Hudspeth
Welcome to the country! This rolling 18.12 acre property has a little bit of everything. The front of the property is mostly open pasture with some scattered clumps of mature post oaks for shade on those hot summer days. The property has been lightly grazed the last few years, and the grass is in great shape with plenty of colorful wildflowers scattered throughout. A little further back there is a small ravine with thick mature oaks lining it and leading to a nice secluded pond. The banks of the pond are covered in deer tracks, and with the thick timber in the back corner surrounding the majority of the water, its a great place for wildlife to sneak up and grab a drink. Opposite of the timbered area in the back is some more open pasture that is hidden from the road and would make a great build site for someone who doesn't want to be bothered.
