A fourth-generation resident of Valley View, Texas, John Hudspeth has deep roots in North Texas and a lifelong appreciation for the land, people, and communities that make the region unique. Although his family relocated to Denton when he was young, John's upbringing was shaped by spending time outdoors, playing sports, and exploring the Red River region along the Texas-Oklahoma border.
Seeking new experiences, John attended the University of Idaho, where he studied Business and Operations Management. After completing his education, he returned to Texas, drawn back to the place he has always called home.
John and his wife, Mackenzie, now live in Valley View with their two daughters, Hallee and her younger sister Holly, where they built their home on a portion of his family's historic ranch just outside the city limits. His passion for the outdoors remains a central part of his life, and he and his family enjoy spending time on their Oklahoma property, making memories and appreciating God's creation.
That passion for land and rural living naturally led John to a career in real estate. Today, he is a licensed real estate professional in both Texas and Oklahoma, specializing in helping clients buy and sell the properties that support their lifestyles and dreams. Living just north of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with convenient access to Interstate 35, John is uniquely positioned to serve clients on both sides of the Red River. His firsthand knowledge of ranches, recreational properties, rural homes, and land ownership allows him to connect with clients who share his love for country living and outdoor recreation.
