A first-generation Denton County resident, Pat Burns was born and raised in the city of Denton. He spent his early years as a Minor League Baseball Player and student before joining the real estate field in 2008. With a genuine and friendly demeanor, Pat will work closely with his clients to accomplish their real estate goals.
Farm and ranch real estate affords Pat the opportunity to spend much of this time outdoors experiencing the different pieces of land North Texas has to offer. His steadiness and patience have given him great success in working through the intricacies of farm and ranch real estate, ranging from selling a family ranch or helping a buyer find their dream home on acreage.
Pat spends his free time with his wife and three children, at sporting events, and with friends. Aside from real estate most of his time is invested in his family, church, and coaching baseball.
