Latham Jones

Born and raised in Denton County, Latham has been honing his skills in the farm and ranch industry from a young age-ranging from raising horses while growing up to earning his Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech. After graduation, Latham worked in the oil and gas industry, traveling as a Landman for 15 years, as well as in the telecom industry, where he worked on the land acquisition side for an additional 20 years. This background sparked Latham's desire to enter the real estate side of farm and ranch, and he earned his license and began building and remodeling homes. The rest is history. Latham and his wife, Kristin, have been married since 1999 and are raising two children, Kaitlyn and Cole. He is an active member of both the American Association of Professional Landmen and the Greater Denton/Wise County Board of Realtors. In his free time, Latham continues to enjoy motorcycles, boating, and snow skiing.
