Jeanette CeBallos has been a Denton County resident since 1992. A Texas native, she grew up in the piney woods of East Texas. She moved to Florida in 1990 to work 3 fun years at Disney World. Missing Texas she returned and has made Denton County her place to set roots. Jeanette has been with Newland Real Estate since 2016 and loves the family environment. She has her real estate license and as the office manager she enjoys supporting the agents to help them provide the best experience possible for their clients.
Jeanette has been happily married to her husband, Russel, since 1993. Together they have raised three wonderful children—Grayson, Raven, and Landon—and she just became a proud "Noni" in 2025. In her free time, Jeanette enjoys scrapbooking, Jazzercising, traveling, and relaxing at the lake. She cherishes time spent with family and friends and has a special place in her heart for her dog, Koda.
