Chad Mudd, a realtor since 2015, is a 4th generation Denton County native. Living the majority of his life in North Texas Chad has a great love for this area along with a wide network of contacts. With a background in the nightclub and restaurant industry, Chad has developed successful negotiation skills and a history of working with people of all different backgrounds and cultures.
Chad grew up roping and working on his Grandpa's 500 acre Ranch, after receiving his degree in Animal Business from Texas Tech he spent 6 years living and working on this Ranch. Most of his time was spent raising cattle, roping, and leasing steers; this has afforded him a wealth of knowledge to share with his clients looking for their perfect ranch.
Chad enjoys spending his free time with his wife and son, golfing, and being outdoors.
