Everette Newland is a 5th generation Denton County native living in western Denton County with his wife, two kids, horses and cattle.  He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a degree in Rangeland Ecology & Management with an emphasis in Land Economics.   Everette is now the licensed Broker/Owner of Newland Real Estate.  He is committed to providing high-energy, honest and reliable service.  He has a thorough understanding of the North Texas Real Estate market.  -Let Everette put his knowledge and resources to work for you!

In addition to Real Estate accreditations, Everette is also registered with the Texas State Securities Board as a Dealer/Finder.  His involvement in the local community includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Greater Denton Wise County Association of Realtors, co-founder of the Denton Bible Cattle Ministry, serves on the Denton Prayer Breakfast Committee, received the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Commander's Award for supporting the Toys for Tots program, was on the Subdivision Rules and Regulations Committee, served as Co-Chair for Leadership Denton and on the Human Service Advisory Committee with the City of Denton.

Justin Newland is a native Texan, born and raised in Denton County.  He attended Texas A&M University and graduated in 2006 with a degree in Rangeland Ecology & Management.  Justin obtained his Real Estate license in 2006 and considers his education in Rangeland Ecology to have been a beneficial foundation for his career.  Justin's enthusiasm for Real Estate fueled his decision to obtain his Broker license in 2011.  "I get great satisfaction out of helping people make the best decisions possible with their Real Estate investments."  Justin has developed numerous investor relationships and personal friendships through Real Estate. He's also participated in United Way's "Project Blueprint" Board Leadership Class in 2010, and is currently enrolled in Leadership Denton.  In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing and playing softball.

Jeff Higgs is a 5th generation Denton County native.  He attended Denton High School, Tarrant County Junior College, and the University of North Texas.  He currently lives just west of Bolivar with his wife Kathy.  They have three sons, Cliff, Mitch and Chris.

Jeff established and maintained his own sales territory with H&H Tomato Company from 1978 to 2001.  He then owned and operated Bolivar Grocery from 1995 to 2000.  After selling Bolivar Grocery he built, owned and managed The Sportsman in Sanger from 2002 to 2009.  During this time Jeff also built and sold homes.  He has served as Building Committee Chairman for his church and has been a deacon and Sunday School teacher for 27 years.  Jeff and Kathy are members of First Baptist Church in Sanger.

Jeff has integrity and a well-rounded background, offering a wealth of knowledge of the area and an exceptional level of service in the Real Estate market.

Kim Hall is a longtime resident of Denton County, attending Krum High School, Cooke County College, and Texas Women's University.  She and her husband, Don, of 28 years live in north Denton County near Lake Ray Roberts.  Together, they own and manage MTS Self Storage and Don is a custom home builder.  They have three sons, Drew, who is also a licensed Real Estate agent, and twins Trevor & Trey.  Kim has been selling Real Estate since 1997 in Sanger and surrounding Denton, Cooke, and Wise County areas.  She has extensive knowledge of those areas and market.  She prides herself in helping folks meet their Real Estate goals, and making it a smooth process.

Pat Burns is a native Texan, born and raised in Denton.  After graduating from Ryan High School, Pat played eight years of minor league baseball in the New York Mets organization.  After his baseball career ended he went back to school, graduating from the University of North Texas in 2007 and obtaining his Real Estate license in 2008.  Pat now resides in Krum with his wife, Kim, and two children, Jackson and Olivia.  Pat realizes that buying or selling Real Estate can be one of the most important decisions in someone's life.  His job is to see that you get all of the best information and expertise available to make the best decisions and help the process go smoothly.  Pat is very involved in the Denton County Community, coaching and giving baseball lessons to over 100 kids over the last ten years.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, teaching kids about baseball, and hunting.

Katie Pastrana is a fifth generation Texan.  She graduated from the University of North Texas' College of Visual Art and Design where she quickly fell in love with Denton and decided to make it her home.  Growing up around the family construction business she developed a passion for design and architecture that allows her to uniquely magnify distinct qualities of our client's property.  Katie and her husband Julian, a Flower Mound Firefighter, actively attend and serve at the Village Church Denton where they have been members since 2007.  In Katie's spare time she enjoys retreating to her Family's West Texas ranch and designing furniture with her husband.
